SIGCSE 2018 / CS For All  Don’t miss the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group Computer Science Education (SIGCSE) Technical Symposium, the largest computing education conference in the world. It attracts around 1,300 researchers, educators and many others interested in improving computer education in kindergarten through grade 12 as well as higher education. IT Apprenticeship Webinar Learn about being an apprentice through a new webinar on "Solving the Software Development Pipeline Crisis, Using Apprenticeships to Develop IT Talent," on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 10 a.m. (EST). This hour-long webinar will feature two executives who have implemented innovative apprenticeships in IT coding and cybersecurity. Jumpstart Teaching Cybersecurity Catalyzing Computing and Cybersecurity in Community Colleges (C5) is hosting a day-long workshop on Feb. 21 preceding SIGCSE titled “Jumpstart Teaching Cybersecurity: C5 Instructional Modules Secure Scripting and Cybersecurity and Society.” Faculty will benefit from learning about instructional modules to use in their classroom to help expand the integration of cybersecurity into computing programs.
