Encrypted communication is provided by widely used computing devices and services such as smartphones, laptops and messaging applications. Individuals, organizations and governments rely on encryption to counter threats from a wide range of culprits, including unsophisticated and sophisticated criminals, foreign intelligence agencies and repressive governments. National Cyber League Like any great sporting event, cybersecurity competitions yield the best and brightest professionals that are in increasing demand. Among these events across the country is the National Cyber League (NCL), a virtual cybersecurity competition tied to specific learning objectives displayed through Scouting Reports.
