National Dance Project Announces Annual Award Recipients

The New England Foundation for the Arts has awarded $1,790,000 through the National Dance Project (NDP) to support the creation of 20 new dance works that will tour the United States.

Abbe Museum Held Inaugural Indian Market

Dawn Spears, Northeast Indigenous Arts Alliance , looks back at the inaugural Abbe Museum Indian Market. NEFA funded several aspects of artist participation for the Indian Market with support from the National Endowment for the Arts' Folk & Traditional Arts program.

NEFA Board Elects New Officers, Renews Members

At the annual Board retreat, held this year in Grafton, VT, the Board elected officers, renewed members, and acknowledged retiring members .

The board and staff engaged in a training and workshop on the principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, facilitated by EQ (Equity Quotient), in service of the goals outlined in NEFA’s  strategic plan .

Request for proposals: NEFA seeks proposals from New England based consultants to engage in a planning process to enable the growth of  CreativeGround .
