The Virginia Delegation is planning to leave June 23, 2018, spend a day in Minneapolis attending a Minnesota Twins game on June 24, attend the conference June 25-27, and depart around noon on June 27.
As students and advisors will be leaving from several different airports, please arrange your own air transportation. You will need to fly into the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport. We will then meet at the hotel.
VSCA will be staying at the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West located at 3131 Campus Drive, Plymouth, MN 55441. The rate for the hotel is $139.00. You can register online at

Directions to register for the National Student Council Conference are below:
- Go to NASCconference.org
- Click on 'Registration' at the top
- Click on 'Register Now'
- Select 'Attendee Registration'
- Click 'Returning Group' Login
- Enter '474' for the Group Confirmation Number
- Enter YOUR e-mail address if you are a NASC member under 'Adviser Member' - If you are not a member, you will go under 'Add Adviser Non-Member'
- Select 'School Delegation'
- Add adviser information
- Add your students
- Once you have added all of your students, refresh the page and re-enter the group number
- Find your name
- Click on 'Adviser Portal' - This page will allow you to pay for your registered students either by requesting an invoice be sent, or by paying through credit card
