Curse you, old computer!!!

Too often, businesses today fail to adopt a planned, and consolidated technology refresh. Rather, they wait for a computer to get really old, or even break before replacing it. The result is downtime (frustrated end-users) and having to coordinate multiple purchases throughout the year (inefficiency).

If "time is money", then planning for technology upgrades will positively impact your bottom line. How? You save time by not dealing with multiple, and often unplanned emergency IT projects throughout the year. You save money because Navakai typically can charge less when we are installing multiple, similar devices at the same time. Even more, it's far easier to manage company assets and scheduled replacements when they were purchased together.

At Navakai, it's not our goal to sell you computers. In fact, there's literally no profit in selling them. We do it as a service. Our real goal is to lower your overall IT costs throughout the year. Why? Because then we'll be your best friend for a long, long time...and that's what we really want.

So, the next time Navakai meets with you for your Annual Technology Review and identifies all of the computers that are due for replacement the following year...plan for it. It will save you both time and money. Oh, and you'll never curse an old computer again.

Thank you for your continued partnership,

Welcome to the Navakai Team!

Tim Jackson - Tier 2 Support Specialist

Tim got his start in technology back in High School when he wrote a virus and deployed it on his school's network. The rest, as they say, is history. When not masterminding diabolical viruses, Tim likes to take a break from technology by building websites and doing graphic work. He's also likes amateur radio, scuba diving, photography, road trips, and cooking.

David "Coach" Burgess - Project Manager

Part of our Project Services Team, Dave is the guy who coordinates the delivery of Navakai's new projects.  Dave has over 23 years of experience in IT, working in many aspects of information technology.   Arriving here in Colorado Springs in late 2012, Dave is originally from the grand State of Michigan. And, when not in the Navakai office playing with Davin's lab, Kona (or hugging monkeys), he's a triathlon

and swim coach.

Scott Fisher - Tier 3 Systems Administrator

Scott is our Tier 3 Systems Administrator at our Service Desk. Meaning, most of our server-related tickets get sent his way. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Mr. Fisher started racing cars professionally at the ripe old age of 5. However, he quickly realized that it was difficult to race when you can't see over the steering wheel. For fun, Scott enjoys watching football, hockey, and riding his bike in Colorado!

"Peet" - Tier 3 Caffeine Administrator

Dispensing shots of quality espresso and other coffee-related products at the press of a button, Peet joined Navakai earlier this month and has had our entire Team completely jacked-up and talking (and typing) really fast ever since.
