Navantis Re-Aligns for Rapid Growth

Navantis, a Canadian IT leader and Microsoft Canada Partner of the Year, announced today a restructuring to facilitate its planned growth strategy over the next three to five years. Effective immediately, Randy Lenaghan will be assuming the role of CEO and John Kvasnic will be appointed Vice President, Client Experience, enabling him to follow his passion to drive, design and orchestrate customer experiences across every client interaction for Navantis.

"This is a carefully planned succession that builds on the tremendous success Navantis has experienced under John's leadership by seamlessly transitioning Randy to take over as CEO," said Frank Clegg, Chairman of the Navantis Inc. Board of Directors and former President of Microsoft Canada. "Randy has spent the past ten months gaining a deep knowledge of our business, our people, our markets and our technology solutions. His proven ability to marry the best of an entrepreneurial culture with the consistency and predictability of a growth organization is what we need to go to the next level."

Navantis is excited to announce it was the only Canadian partner listed in Redmond Channel Partner Magazine list of 50 "most competent" partners worldwide. Navantis ranked 14th out of 50 of the world's largest partners. For partners to reach the top of this list required an engineering department with nearly 100 MCPs and more than $2 million in gold competency revenue commitments.
