January 2017 Vol.9 Issue 5
Dear Friends ,

For many events in life, analysis and preparation go a long way towards preventing or solving problems. This most certainly applies to the art of negotiation. Our article this month describes how you can use analysis and preparation to improve your real estate negotiations as a seller or landlord. The time spent in this phase of negotiations will almost always be well spent.

We were recently appointed marketing agent for what we believe to be the largest parcel of land for sale on Long Island. Bob Hirschfeld in our office is handling the property. So for the large number of readers of this newsletter who could use 298 acres of residentially zoned land in Riverhead, please give Bob a call! We will put a marketing package in your hands immediately.

And here we are in 2017. (It just does not seem possible sometimes. I became an Eagle Scout fifty years ago in 1967? Married the love of my life 40 years ago in 1977? Have a 34-year-old son?) While we certainly need to learn from the past, I have never really seen the need to dwell there. My attitude for the most of my life has been to listen to Spirit as a guide, and push forward in that direction under the command, "Steady as she goes." Life may be turbulent around us, but when we push forward calmly, with purpose, we will eventually emerge from the storm.

So, may your voyage in 2017 be purposeful and calm!

Oh, the possibilities!
