Little Italy has applied and was once again accepted for the 2017 Neighborhood Lights project, part of Light City Baltimore. Our amazing artist will be Laure Drogoul, the mastermind behind the Creative Alliance's lantern parade.

Competition begins for Sons of Italy Foundation® Scholarship
The Sons of Italy Foundation offers a dozen merit-based scholarships annually, up to $25,000, in a nationwide competition. U.S. citizens of Italian descent (at least one Italian or Italian-American grandparent) enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a four-year, accredited U.S. academic institution for the 2016 Fall term are eligible. Society of St. Leo's
Don an apron and a smile and head down to Saint Leo's Church Hall where you'll have the gracious opportunity to serve hot meals to the homeless / underprivileged.
Your donations of pies and cakes are needed
for dessert. Ways to donate:
- Drop off cakes/pies in parish office during business hours
- Bring with you December 19
- Take to Little Italy Lodge during its Friday Night Dinner Dec 16; and receive a complimentary glass of wine!

Promotion Center for Little Italy has donated 325 hats and gloves for guests attending the Homeless Dinner, plus 10 ladies' gift bags and 10 kids' gift bags. If you would like to help offset these costs to our nonprofit organization, your donation is welcome.
