This year's Forum will feature Kimberly Young, Vice President of America's Charities, a national nonprofit that works to inspire employers and individuals to reach their philanthropic goals and support the charities of their choice. Ms. Young will discuss the results and impact of her organization's most recent report, "The New Corporate DNA: Where Employee Engagement and Social Impact Converge." She will provide a better understanding of current and changing employee engagement methods, including work days, matching gifts, crowdfunding, etc. -- what newer methods look like for millennials, as well as all employees, and how small to medium-sized companies can develop employee engagement strategies. Ms. Young will also offer guidance for nonprofits on how they can better engage with companies looking to improve their employee involvement. Keynote followed by roundtable discussions with nonprofit, business, and community leaders. This year's Forum will be moderated by Terry Shannon, Executive Director of the Executive Partners Program, Raymond A. Mason School of Business, William & Mary.
