ASU 2016-14 "
Presentation of Financial Statements of Not-for-Profit Entities" requires the most significant changes to not-for-profit financial reporting in over 20 years! The goal of this new ASU is to provide more useful information to the users of nonprofit financial statements, to understand the relationship of functional expenses, and many other significant changes. The ASU is effective for periods beginning after
December 15, 2017. Nonprofits should prepare now for the new requirements of this standard. In this workshop, you will learn how to determine if your organization is ready to report your expenditures by both natural and functional classifications. Mr. Garner will also review various options and samples to help implement the changes.
Workshop is FREE to Board members serving on the Board of any of our Nonprofit Members! To learn more and to register, CLICK HERE.
