NONPROFIT BOARD TRAINING
NetworkPeninsula is offering Board Training for full Boards at a time. Trainings are tailored to meet the individual organization's needs and range 1.5 to 6 hours. The goal of this training is to not only address common issues faced by nonprofit Boards but also to hone in on issues that are organization specific. Trainings are designed to develop strong Boards that can collectively move their nonprofit forward and work toward long-term sustainability. For details, click here.

Peer Advisory Groups to put the power of collective wisdom, accountability, drive, creativity, and clarity of advice in the hands of our nonprofit leaders! Small groups will meet to
share expertise, solve challenges, and help each other seize new opportunities. Members will create an actionable strategic plan and be held accountable for achieving their goals - all under the guidance of a qualified facilitator, Shelley Smith, owner of Premier Rapport, Inc. a Business Consulting Firm.
