As the Major League All-Star break has come to an end, my former teammates
have
entered the
second half of their season.
MLB players now have two options:
Option 1: To maintain what they are doing and hope to repeat it in the second half
or...
Option 2: To finish stronger in the second half by improving upon something in their game.
Those who merely "maintain" face the risk of unmet goals in their season.
Why?
Because m
aintaining means being content with where you are at!
In my time as a baseball player, if I wasn't working hard to improve my game, I got worse.
In less than a month this baseball season will be over.
I am excited and honored to hear that many of you plan to continue to work with me in the fall. I truly look forward to that!
But ask yourself, what is my goal for now?
Maintenance or Improvement?
Even if there are only 15 games left in the season, allow me to help you finish as strong as you can!
Don't get stuck
maintaining
!
Improve in these final games!
Many of my athletes have seen
incredible improvement
after working with me for just one or two lessons.
Don't wait, let me help you do the same.
