Eric received his extensive Front and Back of the House experience from
attending L’Ecole Culinare in St. Louis along with his time as Chef at The Scott Club at Scott Air Force Base. In 2016 he became the manager of the renamed Scott Event Center.
Eric was named Force Support Squadron Civilian of the Year. He performs with a
theater group in Granite City, runs marathons and is a proud father of two daughters.
