A contract was awarded to replace the gym floor at Westmoor School over the summer. The gym was used for storage during the renovation project, and the floor was not replaced at that time. Four contractors bid on the project, and the lowest bid was awarded to Kiefer USA. Architects Wight and Company will oversee the project.

They have also been responsive to requests and suggestions, said Jessica Donato, Chief School Business Official. District to Request Waukegan Road School Speed Zone The Board agreed to submit a written request to the Illinois Department of Transportation to create a school speed zone on Waukegan Road as it impacts Northbrook Junior High and the crosswalk for Meadowbrook School at Walters Avenue.
