COLAB was formed in 1998 by a group of leaders here in the Imperial Valley to provide a voice to support and defend economy growth for the Imperial Valley. COLAB unites the independent strengths of LABOR, AGRICULTURE and BUSINESS to project a powerful united voice dedicated to protecting and enhancing the natural and business environments of Imperial County through:

COLAB delivers on its promise to lead the reform of local government. COLAB works as a non-partisan coalition governed by a Board of Directors with representatives from varying industries in the Imperial County. COLAB supports:
