New Income Limits to Boost HomeSeeker Program
Thinking of buying a home? Here's how to get the most out of your purchasing power.

More people are now eligible for the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency's HomeSeeker Down Payment program under new income limits for homebuyers released this month by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
HomeSeeker provides homebuyers with a $16,000 incentive to buy a primary residence in targeted areas in New Jersey using first mortgage financing through the NJHMFA's Homeward Bound mortgage program.
The 2017 maximum household income limits in the targeted HomeSeeker counties are:
Atlantic, Camden and Gloucester: $127,680
Essex and Union: $131,880
Passaic: $135,100
