New Leaf Builders Gets a New Look
Rebranding and Website Launch

New Leaf Builders is excited to officially announce our new logo and website redesign.  Established in 2010, New Leaf Builders represents the partnership of Grant Zinkon and Adam Baslow.
Over the past 5 years, New Leaf Builders has established itself as local, award-winning custom and semi-custom homebuilder with communities on James Island, Johns Island and West Ashley.

"We have been very fortunate to grow with great employees," says Grant Zinkon, co-owner of New Leaf Builders. "As New Leaf continues to grow, we strive to establish ourselves as a builder with a standard for higher quality building, sustainable practices, and one who builds communities that live differently. We strive for excellence in the communities we build because this is our home, our community -  a place where we work and live. We want our logo and website to reflect these goals."

New Leaf Builders' rebranding represents its successful and ongoing transition to a company known for its home craftsmanship and dedication to environmental building. The new logo evokes clarity, value and respect for the environment with the inclusion of a variation of its original leaf submark. The green palette is fresh, vibrant and approachable, representing New Leaf's focus on sustainability, classic design elements and its commitment to build homes that stand the test of time. Finally, the new typeface lends a modern, and clean look, which underlines New Leaf's ability to stay at the forefront of the new construction industry.

Since New Leaf's inception in 2010, the team has grown to twelve and they steadily add to their talents and enthusiasm. "Our new branding and website represent many more years of continued success," says Adam Baslow, co-owner of New Leaf Builders.

New Leaf Builds in Mixson
New Leaf is building a limited number of single family homes in the coveted Mixson community in North Charleston.  With a youthful and active vibe, Mixson is trendy and contemporary.  Our designers had a great time with these homes!

Our Avery plan has a modern style, largely inspired by the Wes Anderson cult classic, "The Life Aquatic".  We loved the set design for this film and valued the wharf-like, clean simplicity that is a bit quirky and edgy.  The color scheme is a simple blue and white.  The Summey is a bit more of a nod to the traditional.  We have drawn inspiration from interiors designed by Kelly Wearstler.  The finished product will be an industrial interpretation of Hollywood regency style.
