Lend a Hand, Get Involved!
NLPM Volunteer Program

The New London Public Museum announces a new volunteer program at the museum. As the museum continues to provide fun and educational opportunities to our community, we find that we need more help behind the scenes. We invite the community to get involved and lend a hand at the museum. We have volunteer opportunities in educational programming, museum sitting, research, marketing, events and exhibits. Our volunteer program is open to responsible people 15 years old and older. To find out more, visit the museum or check out our website www.newlondonwi.org/museum.htm.

"One of my favorite quotes", says Museum Director, Christine Cross, "is 'Volunteers are not paid because they are worthless, but because they are priceless.' That is how we feel at NLPM. Volunteers can help us accomplish so many things at the museum, things that we can't do with just three staff people."
