To the Wonderful Community of New London

It is with heavy hearts that we have to say goodbye to McDonald's.  After 48 years in the business for Tony and 33 years for Lorraine the time has come to retire. All 3 of our stores have been sold and will be under new ownership as of July 1. We want to thank all of the people in New London, Waupaca, and Clintonville for the support in our business and the friendships that have been made. We will continue to live in New London and be a part of this community.  Please welcome the new owner, Steve Kilian Jr. of Kilian Management Services Inc. out of West Bend, and remember, the same wonderful people that have taken care of the customers for all these years will still be there to take care of everyone.

Sincerely,

Tony and Lorraine Van Kampen

New London Chamber Survey Information

The New London Chamber would like to thank those who took time out of their schedule to complete the survey.  We had 68 completed surveys.  We value your opinions and received a lot of valuable feedback and will begin working to respond to it.

Congratulations to Greg Mathewson, Mathewson Monuments, who was the winner of the $50.00 in Chamber Bucks for completing the recent Chamber online survey.
Our Future is in Great Hands

Fox Communities Credit Union is pleased to announce the names of six outstanding college-bound high school seniors, who were each recently awarded a $750 scholarship. The recipients are: Natalya Mudry, Matthew Mazier, Heather Bartelt, Angela Kessler, Connor Gehrke, and Hattie Wells.

Scholarships are based on community service involvement, and the thoughtful completion of an essay question.

The community service involvement of these students was exemplary. Volunteering at a senior center, taking mission trips to various areas of the United States, and helping out at an animal shelter, are all examples of ways these students chose to give back.

Everyone at Fox Communities Credit Union would like to congratulate these students and to wish them much continued success as they begin their college careers.
