New London Winter Parking Ordinance

NO PARKING on any city street from 3 - 6 a.m. November 1st through March 31st

City Council just passed an ordinance to increase parking tickets as follows: $15 for all parking tickets except for Handicap and Winter Ordinance Violations which are $25.

If tickets are not paid within 30 days the fine goes up to $50 and your license plates will be suspended.

On Tuesday, Nov. 4th, remember to vote.  From the governor's race to county offices...your vote counts!  You will see a local referendum question on the ballot that asks residents whether or not to allow the School District of New London to exceed the revenue limit by the amount of $500,000 for each of the upcoming four years for facilities maintenance, improved security in our schools, and literacy resources for our K-12 readers. The majority of these dollars would go toward roof repairs. If the referendum passes, the tax impact for one year on a $150,000 home would be $6 per year or 50 per month.  Click here for additional information  on the School District of New London Referendum. For additional information contact Dr. Kathy Gwidt or Joe Marquardt at (920) 982-8530.

Participants are holding special sales, having entertainment, samples and prize drawings.
