Well we're a 3 months into 2012 and time is sure flying by like always. It won't be long now until we are covered in 100 degree plus temps here in Arizona. In most of the US, the Winter has been pretty mild so let's hope it finishes the same way. We have some new "The Lafferty" instruments we wanted to share with you as well as some cool new Gibson mandolins we have in stock at the moment. Below is a link to a video sample of our new Lafferty LF-5 Deluxe. In the video we show how to tune a mandolin to open D to play Get Up John and a brief sample of the song. While we were doing this we also uploaded a video doing the song on a mandola as well as showing the open G tuning.
