Our team met in October to begin the process of creating
the draft of our Vision 2020. Stas' Kazmierski led the meeting and inspired us all.
We asked for volunteers to help create a narrative that tied together everyone's input.

We wanted to highlight a change to our late/cancel and no show fees and answer any questions you might have.
What is your 24 hour cancellation policy?
Our 24 hour cancellation policy and confirmation calls are intended to give you as much flexibility as we can with your appointments. You are more than welcome to change or cancel up to 24 hours before.
Inside of that, barring illness or emergency, you will be charged the rate of $1 per minute for your massage. Example: 60 min massage is a $60 fee.
This fee is charged ONLY for appointments that we are not able to book. If we are able to schedule an appointment in that slot, we waive the fee.
Why do you have this policy and why the increase?
Our therapists work to build their businesses within Balance. We view their time as an investment into that business and want to make sure that investment is acknowledged & recognized.

How often do you raise your rates? We're happy to say this will be the first time in 8 years we've introduced new rates to our community.
Why did you decide to raise them now? We've spent the first 8 years creating a business that makes a difference in the lives of everyone we touch. We want to ensure that YOU are getting the greatest return on the investment you're making in your health and wellness.
