The M&A Source has created "Opportunities," a listserve that provides members an easy way communicate with all other M&A Source members. This new email service is only available to current members and PEGs who have exhibited in the past 12 months, and is intended to allow member to member communication on deals & buyers you're representing, as well as to share your success tombstones.

This is a moderated listserve, which means, any message that is sent to the listserve has to be approved by the moderator. The Moderator will delete any SPAM before it ever arrives in your in-box. Just opportunities - like the name - that's all you'll see.
How can I send an email to the List?
The email can be composed using any template, HTML; any platform like Gmail, Outlook, etc. Once approved by the moderator, the email will be sent like it was composed individually to all the members of the list. This means that other members will see
exactly what you sent originally; formatting, images, and all.
How do I get off this list?
To make this convenient & easy for you, we have already subscribed all current members. If you don't want to receive Opportunities, just click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any listserve message or e-mail
[email protected] and ask to be removed from the list.
Are there limitations to tombstones and artwork used in an e-mail?
No, but depending on the device, a reader might need to download images to see what is in your tombstone. This can suppress the open rates, so wise use of graphics is encouraged.
Can I send out anything?
Yes and no. You can send any information you like to the listserve, but it is up to the moderators to decide if it's appropriate to send out to the membership. The moderators have a list of acceptable content. If you feel your content is acceptable, but it's not being sent out, contact us at
[email protected] to find out why.
How long will it take from the time I submit my email until it is sent out to members?
We hope to have all emails pushed out to members within 24 hours, but it may be slightly longer. All of our moderators are volunteers, so please bear with us as they navigate this new responsibility.
Can I become a moderator?
Right now we have several moderators lined up, but please fill out
this form if you would like to be considered in the future.
Are there any restrictions on businesses for sale listings?
No, but the more professional and informative your notice, the more professional looking your practice will be.
