Each Pre-Order listing will contain price information, current release date information, as well as an
order deadline date
. All pre-orders must be placed prior to the order deadline date, as this is when we will be placing our order for the product. We will NOT be ordering any product above and beyond what is pre-ordered by our customers. This will eliminate overstock product and help us to keep our prices low!
All pre-order products for which the deadline has passed will remain on our pre-order emails, marked with the note

. In this case, we will contact our source to see if any additional product is available - if it is, we can process the order for you. If not, we will pass that information on to you.

BILLING AND INVOICING
Once we receive your order, we will send you a detailed PayPal invoice, via PayPal's invoicing system, for your
Down Payment. Per our customer's requests, we've lowed our required down payment, and now offer the same on boxes and binders! The down payments are as follows:
Final payment will be due
24 Hours prior to the confirmed product ship date, which is generally 2 days prior to product release. We will send a detailed PayPal Invoice, via PayPal's invoicing system, to you approximate 2 weeks prior to your due date. This should hopefully give you the time needed to make any necessary arrangements.
If for any reason a product is delayed at the last minute, after a final invoice has been paid, we can refund the entire payment back to your account so that your funds are not tied up. You would then be re-invoiced once a new shipment date is sent.
All pre-order products will begin shipping directly to customers approximately 2 days prior to the confirmed release date, meaning these should arrive to you on, or within 1 day, of the product release date. This is based on where you live. Please contact us for us to calculate your exact delivery schedule.
Shipping fees are as follows:
- Cases: FREE (within US)
- Boxes and Binders: $8.00 Flat Rate for any number of boxes and/or binders from any given single release (within US)
We do offer international shipping. Please contact us for details on shipping fees, as well as an estimated international delivery schedule.
Allocations are an unfortunately reality in the Trading Card world, and can occur due to over ordering, as well as production problems. While most sets are not affected by allocations, there will be a handful each year that are.
In the case of a product allocation, all customers will receive at least a portion of their order. How much of a product is allocated to each customer will be based on two factors: How early a customer placed their pre-order and each customer's purchase history. The earlier you place your order, the higher of an allocation you will get. The amount of product you order from us throughout the year will also be factored in to your allocation.
Once an allocation is announced, we will email each customer directly with their allocation. They will then have the option to accept or decline the allocation, canceling their order.
Any pre-order can be canceled
45 Days prior to the scheduled release date. This is our cut-off for making changes to our pre-order numbers. A full refund will be given for all cancellations
