Steak with Herbed Butter
Ingredients:
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
½ tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 ½ pounds of high quality steaks of your choice
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine butter with herbs and seasonings; blend well.
- Form into a log and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm.
- Slice butter into thin rounds and keep chilled.
- Grill steak to desired doneness. Serve steak topped with rounds of herbed butter.
