      Deborah Loving has joined the NCA Team and works primarily with Brent Nye for numerous commercial clients in the Tampa Bay area. Deborah has a background in development, property management, and leasing.  Recent experience includes the protection and increased value of real estate for a court appointed receiver dedicated to bank REO properties within the State and also North and South Carolina.
  
      Scott Kurland joined Nye Commercial Advisors in February. Scott is a Broker Associate specializing in multifamily properties. He is an active investor with 69 owned college and apartment rental units and has over a decade of multifamily property acquisition and management experience in several southeastern states as well as Florida.

     Sandy Hall, market research specialist with NCA, has been appointed by the Hillsborough Board of County Commissioners to serve on the Affordable Housing Advisory Board.  The Board serves in an advisory role to the County in the development of new programs and policies to foster the development and preservation of attainable housing for those residents who desire to live in safe, decent, and affordable housing.

Brent Nye and Deborah Loving represented Rogers Towers in their lease on Cypress Ridge Road in Wesley Chapel, the firm leased 2,922 SF and is extremely pleased with their new location and high quality office space

- Cricket Larson negotiated several leases in Zephyrhills and Wesley Chapel including a new location for Sun Coast Auto Glass at 35236 State Road 54 in Zephyrhills, the new Bri Gardens at 38036 Market Square Drive in Zephyrhills, and Benzer Pharmacy on Eiland Blvd in Wesley Chapel
