Greetings!

Get your engines ready! We're geared up for the legislative session. The Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless has been busy developing a legislative agenda, growing our regional staff, and traveling around the state.
2013 Legislative Session - January 8, 2013
Homelessness is at an all time high. Minnesota has proven programs that stabilize families, prevent homelessness, and creates affordable housing.

During the 2013 legislative session, MCH will support additional investments in housing and services for children, youth, families, and individuals.

We know what works. Are you in for advocacy?

MCH hosts weekly statewide conference calls to collaborate with individuals and organizations across the state. Email policy director, Dan Kitzberger for the call-in code or more information.
Welcome, Rhonda!

Rhonda Otteson joins MCH as the Southwest Regional Organizer. Rhonda is the director of the Link, a small, faith-based non-profit based in Spicer, MN.  Before joining the Link, Rhonda worked at Heartland Community Action Agency to implement policies to meet the needs of low-income citizens in her community, most recently with programs serving households at-risk of or experiencing homelessness.
