Mike's Reply:  We are excited to tell you about the Major's Red Carpet Experience!  We want you to have a lasting, professionally built project, but we also want you to experience a smooth process. From start to finish, we seek out the small details that provide you with a superior service.  On the day of your project installation, our installer will show up on time and will call if they are running behind. The team will greet you and ask if you have any concerns about your home's landscaping or how best to accommodate your pets while we are doing work in your home.  While in your home, installers will wear booties or remove shoes to protect your home's flooring.  We also use drop cloths to further protect your property.  The job is fully cleaned up inside and out.  The installer will walk with you to inspect the project and show you how to operate your new products.  We also survey all projects as your feedback helps us build the Red Carpet Experience.
