Greetings!
We've been working on our New Year's Eve menu and finally we got it. We hope you like it as much we will enjoy cooking for you. 
This is a prix fixe menu, simple but quiet yet elegant, consisting of five small courses and one dessert.

Chef Renato Donzelli and all the staff of Basso Cafe wish you a happy holidays and prosperous New Year 2013,

New Year's Eve 
Prix Fixe Menu

5 Courses
 
Tortellini in Veal Broth

Homemade tortellini filled with Hudson Valley foie gras and figs in veal broth

  

Organic Green Salad 
 served with croquettes of  goat cheese and green grapes with champagne vinaigrette
 
Venison Chop

Roasted New Zealand chop served with potatoes confit and roasted shallots 

and red wine cherries reduction.
 
Trio Fritto

 Salt cod, giant prawns, and calamari fried and served with artichokes and chestnut cream and grilled artisanal bread

 

Bass and Lobster Ravioli 
Seared Chilean bass topped with homemade lobster ravioli over pecorino tartufo 

and lobster air foam   

 

 Dessert

 

Chocolate Overdose

Layers of chocolate, chocolate chip gelato topped with chocolate mousse and caramel   

 

 

We are offering five courses pre-fixe menu only. By reservations

 Two seatings will be available 

6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. $120/person a champagne toast for both seating.

tax and gratuity not included.
