New Years 2013

It might seem early, but these things sneak up.  
We have been doing up New Year's parties for some time now,
and always for a sold-out crowd.

 This year we are pulling out all the
stops and offering up the best dang a la carte menu
in all the lands.

Along with your delicious morsels of
palate pleasing eats, you are
sure to be entertained
with music you can dance to, levitated by
bubbly
at midnight, and adorned with ridiculous little hats.
 
 
Chef Jennie Silk has put together a sustainable,
local, and 
wonderfully creative menu

 

 

 

~ 1st course ~    

Potato and celeriac cake with smoked salmon,
cr�me fraiche, and northern devine caviar

 

~ 2nd course ~

Beast and Brine schinkenspeck wrapped greens,
with a blackberry vinaigrette

~ 3rd course ~
Oyster Stew with heritage bacon and yam
or
Beet carpaccio with walnut parsley pesto,
and house ricotta

~ 4th course ~
Beef shank with wild mushroom ragout, whipped
potatoes and puff pastry
 
or  
Pheasant cannelloni, savoy cabbage, chestnuts and

pearl onions
or
Dungeness crab, drawn butter, lemon risotto, and braised leeks

~ 5th course ~
Pot de cr�me trio, vanilla, milk and dark chocolate
or
Lemon bundt cake with a lemon chantilly
and cranberry coulis

If you have plans to ring in 2014 elsewhere you can still dine with us.
We will have an early seating, $49 per person
with reservations from 4:00 - 6:45pm
 

 

If you want to add wine pairings we have sorted that
out too; just add $25.00 for pairings with all
courses

Also a little FYI, Uli's will be closed December 24th, 25th, 26th. 
Also January 1st so we can all participate
in the polar bear swim. Although I am sure most
will just be watching.
