Good Morning Everyone - 

You might have noticed my header changing on a weekly basis.  I'm a kid of the 80's so I have been changing my Burleyman logo weekly based on my favorite things from each year. Last week I featured TRON, which debuted in 1982. With SO much content to choose from, I am looking forward to each week's new header from here until the BIG #100, which will be a game changer. I am already working with a top comic artist to revamp Burleyman forever!

We launched a new YOU TUBE CHANNEL. Our first video is from the TMNT Fan event with the movie Director and Producers. BIG thanks to Pablo for doing such a great job and to a few of our regulars for helping with the great video footage and amazing Phantom into shot! I haven't mentioned any 35th Anniversary events in a while so here's the next promotion for the year to celebrate in grand style: Labor Day Weekend SALE
 
Not only will selected products be on SALE for 35% OFF,  we are doing something that is crazy! 

I realized that in 1979 when my Father opened Golden Apple, the cover price of comics were....drum roll please: 

So I am honoring that price of 35 CENTS on THOUSANDS OF BRAND NEW COMICS we will have under the tents on the sidewalk during the weekend sale.

Now that my Daughter is back in school this week, summer is coming to an end.  Hopefully that means the heat wave in LA too. I actually just got back 30 minutes ago from a last minute weekend trip up north to beat the heat and have one last family outing.  We had a wonderful time in Napa with great friends, fun and of course lots of wine. Here's a pic that makes me smile ear to ear!
