As you may know, there has been considerable work going on the last several months toward a replacement for the Xceligent system, which fell victim to bankruptcy in December.
We are pleased to announce a partnership with
Catylist Real Estate Software, Inc
. Catylist is a major player in the commercial real estate industry and has a proven track record in over 20 major markets nationwide. The Catylist system is a complete commercial real estate platform, which will be offered through the St. Louis REALTORS® wholly-owned subsidiary,
St. Louis Commercial Data Systems (see our new logo above).
Catylist staff will operate the platform, research property for the system and provide training through webinars and local office visits. St. Louis Commercial Data Systems, in conjunction with St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division, will provide subscriber registration, billing services, accounting services and other administrative support.
Submitting Listing Inventory – This is critical!
Catylist has started the process of building the St. Louis metro area commercial listing and property inventory database. Catylist staff are standing by, ready and waiting for our data. We encourage all commercial real estate professionals to email all “For Sale” and” For Lease” opportunities, listing brochures and inventory spreadsheets to

. There is no charge for this initial build-out and information compilation. Catylist has already been in contact with the surrounding counties and is in the process of loading all applicable tax data and parcel information into the system but we need your help to make this a success!

Catylist offers its own “Haves” and “Needs” email system. If you are interested in registering and viewing this part of the system on a trial basis visit

and register with your personal and company information. It is important to emphasize this only provides access to the “Haves” and “Needs” email system offered by Catylist. Property information will not be view-able during the build-out phase. Again, the system will not be “live’ until late April or May 1.
