Team Award:

 Mid-Michigan Productions appreciates gyms/trainers, who encourage their clients that are wanting to compete to enter the Flint/Mid-Michigan Championships on April 21st. We will be presenting the team award on stage to the gym/trainer. This award is based on points for placing and the amount of competitors gyms/trainers have in the show. 

We look forward to giving out this award again this year. We genuinely appreciate every gym/trainer that has a team competing,

Tips/reminders:

 If you are ordering your NPC card in advance, mail at least 90 days prior to your event.  NPC cards can be purchased at prejudging. Make checks payable to NPC.

Crossovers - be sure to fill out an entry form for each division you are entering.  To avoid misspelled names on the final score sheet print clearly on your entry forms.  

Bodybuilding posing routines will now be a maximum of 60 seconds for the evening show.  Also, one minute prejudging routines for bodybuilding have been eliminated.

Bikini and figure divisions will not have individual model turns for the evening show. Each class will come out as a group for the evening show.  Individual model turns will still be required at prejudging.

Warm up bands -- Pump up Weights will not be provided by NPC promoters.  We suggest bringing your own warm up bands.
