Using an "L" bracket on your camera often inhibits a cable that's coming straight out of the port. Designed to be the most reliable, secure and versatile vacuum mounting system on the market, the Rock Solid Vacuum PowrGrip with Ballhead ($58.95) lets you position a tablet or camera in just about any position imaginable. The PowrGrip attaches and releases in seconds and can be moved quickly on cars, RVs, boats, windows, mirrors, counter-tops or any smooth, non-porous surface. Unlike a suction cup mount that is pressed onto a surface and then creates a seal by pulling away from it, PowrGrip vacuum systems use a hand-actuated pump to efficiently remove air from between the rubber pad and the attaching surface, creating a longer lasting hold.
