Emily Gliddon - A beautiful new jewellery collection
of contemporary pieces to treasure
Emily Gliddon
Aquamarine long length pendant with engraving

Silver
Approx 35cm length
Contemporary jewellery maker Emily Gliddon has created a wonderfully exciting collection for the summer. Her combination of exceptional silver-smithing skills and engraving, pastel-shaded semi-precious stones and long-length pendants has made for a collection that is both classic and contemporary, that taps into current jewellery trends, yet these are pieces that will last, giving the wearer years of pleasure.
Emily describes herself as 'a magpie at heart' - drawn to all sorts of influences that catch her eye. Floral shapes, flowing pattern and nostalgic emblems all find their way into her work, which she adapts into her modern jewellery. Often her work adopts a classic shape, but will include a tiny extra detail, such as a gleaming gold bead or miniature fresh water pearl.
We were particularly taken by the spectacular aquamarine tear-drop, which is set in a beautiful engraved silver pendant. (See above)
Other pieces include tiny beaded earrings, delicate hammered bangles and stunning pendants to choose from.
