First Sunday of Advent - Hope

Advent Reconciliation
During the Advent season there will be Reconciliation from 11:45am - 12:15pm on Sundays. This is in addition to our other Reconciliation times listed below.
Franciscan School of Theology
Stop by the Franciscan School of Theology, home to our very own Deacon Jeff, table outside after 12:30pm and 6:30pm Mass on Sunday, December 3. Christine Avella will be providing information about the masters and certificate programs they offer.
Help Stock the Food Pantry
This month's item for the food pantry at the  Community Christian Service Agency (CCSA) is Cereal or Oatmeal. You can place items in the CCSA basket at the entrance of the church on Sundays.

Every Tuesday and Thursday in the Center for Ethics and Spirituality (CES).
XLT: Adoration, Praise and Worship
XLT is short for exalt. It combines contemporary worship music with Eucharistic Adoration for an evening filled with prayer, music, reflection and fellowship. Come join us on  Wednesday, December 6, at 8:00pm at the Center For Ethics and Spirituality (CES) for a night to sing in praise and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament! Come at 7:30pm for Reconciliation.
Young Adults and Graduate Students Weekly Gathering
Young adults (ages 21-35), generally already graduated) and graduate students are invited to attend a gathering on Thursdays at 7:30pm in Roetter Hall. Bring a friend or make a new friend at this weekly gathering of faith sharing, Bible study, and camaraderie.
Immaculate Conception
The Feast of the Immaculate Conception, a Holy Day of Obligation, is Friday, December 8.

Healing Circle
Our Care Ministry will hold its monthly healing circle on Sunday, December 10 after 12:30pm Mass, in the chapel. Everyone is welcome, especially those who would like to join together in praying for healing in any aspect of their lives or those of their loved ones.

Retirement Fund Special Collection for Religiouis
Help care for elders. “Thanks to support from the Retirement Fund for Religious, we are now in a much better position to care for our elders,” writes a religious sister. Your donation helps her religious community and hundreds of others provide for aging members and plan for long-term needs. Please give to next week’s Retirement Fund for Religious collection.
