Young Adults and Graduate Students Trivia Tonight
Young adults (ages 21-35), generally already graduated and graduate students, are invited to attend a gathering on Thursdays. This Thursday meet at 6:30pm at Rigoberto's Taco Shop for dinner and then at 7:30pm at At Ease at Barrel Harbor to get settled in for 8:00pm trivia. See you there, bring a friend!
Jesuits West Province Prayer Rally Friday
There will be a Prayer Rally and Call to Action on Friday, June 8 at 4:00pm in Chicano Park. The event will include education about the current immigration policies, testimonies, and reflections from people in the local community about how they are affected by immigration policies. All are invited. Contact Frs. Manh or Boom if you have any questions.
Appreciation Mass Reception
Masses on Sunday, June 10 will be appreciation Masses to give thanks to those who have served Newman in a special way this past academic year. We will be taking a community photo after Mass and celebrating on the Patio with ice cream sundaes!
Healing Circle
Our Care Ministry will hold its monthly healing circle on Sunday, June 10 after 12:30pm Mass, in the chapel. Everyone is welcome, especially those who would like to join together in praying for healing in any aspect of their lives or those of their loved ones.
Women's Ministry Sewing Project
Join the Women's Ministry on Sunday, June 10 from 11:00am-12:00pm in room 1 of Roetter Hall (upstairs) as they sew simple clothing for women and girls in Haiti. Fabrics, patterns, and trimmings are supplied. Contact Denise with any questions.
Bible Study
All students are invited to Bible Study at CES on:

Fridays 12:00pm - 1:00pm or
Sundays 5:00pm - 6:00pm with rides to 6:30pm Mass.

Help Stock the Food Pantry
This month's item for the food pantry at the Community Christian Service Agency (CCSA) is canned fruit. You can place items in the CCSA basket at the entrance of the church on Sundays.
Grad Mass and Reception
Newman will have a special Grad Mass on Saturday, June 16, at 8:00pm followed by a reception in Roetter Hall. If you are graduating, please fill out the following form.

Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) Northwest is seeking 30+ applicants to address pressing community needs and create a lasting impact across the Northwest, starting in August. Jesuits Celebrate Ordinations
The Society of Jesus is proud to announce the ordination of 27 new priests in the United States, Canada, and Haiti. During their 10 to 12 years of formation, ordinands earn multiple degrees, work at Jesuit high schools and colleges, and minister to the poor and marginalized. Ordinations will take place this Saturday in San Ysidro, CA. Read more.
