Compatibility Chart with USB 3.0 Cameras
Newnex regularly conducts compatibility testing between USB 3.0 cameras available on the market and Newnex USB 3.0 repeaters and cables. Recently, TrueVision ICM5 3D Surgical camera has been tested and is fully compatible with Newnex repeaters and cables, adding to the extensive list of cameras that are compatible with Newnex repeaters and cables including USB 3.0 cameras from Basler, Baumer, Hamamatsu, IDS, Lumenera, Pleora, Point Grey, The Imaging Source, Matrix Vision, and Ximea. Currently, we are testing JAI and Toshiba-Teli USB 3.0 camera, and the results will be available on our website. Recently, Newnex submitted its USB 3.0 A to B cables for USB 3.0 Cable Compliance Logo Test to one of the USB I-F certified labs. As expected, Newnex USB 3.0 A to B cables passed all the tests and were authorized to use the SuperSpeed compliance logo on its USB 3.0 cables. The significance is that Newnex cables passed the test after the new ECN tightened up the compliant standard in terms of USB 3.0 signal integrity requirements for compliance.

USB 3.1 Type C Specification
Overtime, Newnex has been an active contributor in the development of USB 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 to USB 3.1 Type C standards. Currently, we are one of the pre-release draft industry reviewing companies for USB 3.1 Type C cable and connector standard and USB power delivery standard.
