Erinn King,  CFA, Society Boston's Vice Chair, was the featured speaker at last month's " Full Plate" Lunch  at  Menton Restaurant

"Full Plate" brings together female professionals of different industries, disciplines, and career stages to unearth the knowledge and experiences of successful women. In addition to a three-course meal, "Full Plate" provides influential guest speakers and unique networking opportunities.


Mike Dunn, CFA, one of CFA Society Boston's most active Financial Literacy volunteers was featuredon the cover of Boston Private Industry Council's (PIC) Annual Report. Last year, our Financial Literacy Initiative worked with Boston PIC, and conducted an 8-session presentation program to future financial industry interns. Our efforts contributed to the program's  great success. 100% of the students secured a paid internship, with 65 percent of the jobs in the finance industry.


Erik Carleton, CFA, CIPM, CFP, is a member of CFA Society Boston, and was just featured in Vision, a digital business publication in which different industries are shown to be similar. 

The article discusses Erik's history of having been a lead singer and guitarist with the band My So-Called Friend. He was also a talent scout and booking agent before starting a career in institutional investing about 10 years ago.
