In 2013, The Conference Board conducted a "CEO Challenge" survey asking 720 CEO's across the nation to rank the challenges they are currently facing. The number one challenge identified by these CEO's was Human Capital, specifically retention and development. More and more executive teams are becoming aware their role in creating a companywide culture of engagement.
As a matter of fact, employee engagement is one of the most important and profitable initiatives senior executives can allocate time and resources to. Since 2008, research and studies have consistently shown direct correlation between high levels of engagement and employee retention. The more engaged an employee the less likely it is they will leave the organization.
In this three part series, we will look at what is required from Senior Executives, Human Resources and Managers in order to increase levels of employee engagement.
Session One: Wednesday, March 12 How Smart Senior Leaders Pave the Road for Employee Engagement
Session Two: Wednesday, April 9
The Manager-Employee Relationship: The Bottom Line for Engagement
