Creative Alliance ED Goes 3D

Creative Alliance President/Executive Director Maggie Kuhn Jacobus offered herself up as a human guinea pig this week at Milwaukee Area Technical College's Motion Sensor Animation Lab.  Donning a skin-tight velcro suit tricked out with sensors rigged up to 8 cameras, Kuhn Jacobus jumped, danced, turned cartwheels, Saluted the Sun and generally goofed around to create a short video promotion piece for the Lab and to highlight one of the many gems of The Creative Industries Economic Cluster here.  In post-production, our 5'3" ED will morph into The Incredible Hulk and shrink back down to size as DigiMon Girl.  "I've always said Maggie is very animated," said Jim McDonald, Creative Alliance Milwaukee board member and former Dean of the School of Media and Creative Arts at MATC.  "Now she will be quite literally!"

"The depth and breadth of the Creative Industries Economic Cluster in Southeastern Wisconsin is astounding," said Kuhn Jacobus.  "When I toured the motion sensor animation lab at MATC a few weeks ago and learned it's the only one of it's kind in the region, I knew I had to do something dramatic to spread this word about this incredible Creative Industries asset.  If that included becoming The Incredible Hulk to make the point, so be it!"
