1.  RECOGNITION - High School Winter Sports
The Board of Trustees recognized 2016-17 High School winter athletes for their performances, outstanding accomplishments, and for proudly representing Twin Rivers through leadership, character and sportsmanship. 
2.  ANNOUNCEMENT of CLOSED SESSION ITEM - Public Employee Performance Evaluation/Superintendent
Board President Michelle Rivas read a report on Superintendent Dr. Steve Martinez's 2016-17 Annual Evaluation.

3.  PRESENT and APPROVE - 2016/17 Second Interim Report and Positive Certification
School district governing boards are required to certify twice yearly their ability to meet financial obligations for the remainder of the year and for two subsequent fiscal years. A positive certification indicates that, based on current projections, the District will be able to meet its financial obligations for the current fiscal year or two subsequent fiscal years.

4.  PRESENT - Inclusive School Models Update
The presentation gave a brief overview of the District's efforts to provide more inclusive settings for students with disabilities. The Inclusive School Models provide opportunities for students with disabilities to remain at their home schools and to be educated in a general education setting with appropriate supports.

5.  AWARD BIDS - Roof Replacement and Repair Projects
On March 8, 2017, bids were opened for the Roof Replacement and Repair Projects at 12 Sites. The Board of Trustees awarded the Roof Replacement and Repair Projects to the low bidders as listed, and authorized the Deputy Superintendent to sign all necessary documents.

6.  APPROVE - Revised Twin Rivers School Police Association (TRSPA) Salary Schedule
District administration presented, and the Board approved, a revised TRSPA Salary Schedule resulting from the Compensation and Classification Study.

6.  APPROVAL - Personnel Recommendations
The Board approved all personnel recommendations including new hires, promotions, resignations and leaves.
