Help Us Put On the Best Grand Old Fourth Ever! How do you host a party for thousands of people? With a lot of help. Lend us a hand for set-up the night before or during the event. It's fun and you'll be making a great contribution to your community's biggest bash. Please contact Mickey Molnaire for more information. We're Looking for Volunteers for the Visitor Information Center and Ferry Kiosk
Help us welcome visitors to the island this summer when they step off the ferry. Share your knowledge of the island and make their visits memorable ones.
Last year our kiosk staff greeted more than 31,000 people, and the main information center another 5,800! Please contact Mickey Molnaire for more information. Bainbridge Chamber Responds to Multicultural Demands Visitors to the Chamber's Visitor Information Center come from many different countries and a wide range of ethnic backgrounds. Lack of fluency in English often limits these visitors' experience and enjoyment of our community. For the coming tourism season we hope to lower the language barrier with the help of volunteers who are fluent in other languages, e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, French, German and any others, through an on-call language bank program. With this program and some multilingual content on our web site, we are looking to meet the demands of the 21st Century visitor. If you have an interest in supporting this program, please contact Mickey Molnaire or call the Chamber at 206-842-3700. Call For Newsletter Contributors
