Landscaping happening this week...
Power Road: Renovations begin this week from Los Altos heading north towards Pecos Road. This work  consists of groundcover removal, the removal of unattractive plants, installation of approximately 130 shrubs, renovating existing irrigation, and installation of new granite.

The Knolls - Three new Willow Acacia trees are being planted along South Fenceline Parkway.

Photo: The renovation crew installed 80 new plants last week in common area adjacent to Power Ranch Elementary School (near The Vineyards, off Cloudburst Ct.).
Tree debris
Several times a year, the trees in Power Ranch shed leaves, pods, and seeds onto the ground, creating quite a mess.  As part of regular landscape maintenance, homeowners should remove tree droppings from the sidewalk and curb in front of their homes, as well as their front yards.  Not only does it help to keep the neighborhood looking its best, it also helps keep the pests away!
