Delta Sky Clubs Offer Biometric Check-In System

Delta Sky Club members who have CLEAR can use their fingerprints to enter the 50 Sky Club locations in the U.S. The technology was tested and updated to provide successful and quick scans. Delta continues to test biotmetric options for improved customer processing. Customers who currently have CLEAR are able to use the technology today. Delta Sky Club members without CLEAR memberships can enroll at a CLEAR enrollment kiosk.

Air New Zealand Launching Non-Stop Flights to Chicago
As part of its joint venture alliance with United Airlines, Air New Zealand will begin new non-stop service between Auckland and Chicago.

Beginning on November 30, 2018, Air New Zealand will fly the route three times weekly year-round using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.

Flight time is between 15-16 hours.
Alaska Airlines and Aer Lingus Create Loyalty Partnership

Alaska Airlines hopes to give Mileage Plan members more options with a loyalty program partnership with Irish carrier Aer Lingus.

The two-way loyalty partnership allows Alaska Mileage Plan members to earn and redeem miles on Aer Lingus flights, while Aer Lingus AerClub members will be able to do the same on Alaska flights in the future.

Aer Lingus begins flying non-stop to Alaska's main hub at Seattle on May 18, 2018.
