1. ODP Communication 125-17 : Guidance for Individual Cap Exceptions for Person/Family Directed Support Waiver
The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) announced steps that need to be taken to implement individual cap exceptions for individuals who had 6-month authorizations because rate changes resulted in the individual exceeding the Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) waiver cap with no change in services.
