1. Registration Now Open for ODP Everyday Lives Conference 2018
The Office of Developmental Programs announced that registration is now open for the January 9-11, 2018 Everyday Lives Conference. Click here for registration information.

2. ODP Communication 128-17 : Provider Eligibility Program (PEP) Code for Community Living Waiver Added to Existing Provider Enrollments
In anticipation of approval for the Community Living Waiver by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on January 1, 2018, the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) added the provider eligibility program (PEP)1 code for the Community Living Waiver to all active enrolled providers. This task was completed on December 11, 2017.

3. ODP Communication 129-17 : Upcoming Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) Credential Examinations
To assist providers in meeting the qualification requirements for the aforementioned waiver services and positions, the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is sharing a list of Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) examinations that are currently scheduled in Pennsylvania and contiguous states, as well as a brief description of the CESP examination.

4. ODP Communication 130-17 : Transition Time Extended for Compliance with Provider Qualifications for Enhanced Respite, In-Home and Community Support and Community Participation Supports
The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) announced an extension to March 31, 2018 of the transition period for providers and Support Service Professionals (SSPs) of enhanced Respite, In-Home and Community Support and Community Participation Support to meet the new enhanced service qualifications outlined in the approved waivers.

5. ODP Communication 063-17 Reissue : Consolidated and P/FDS Vendor Fiscal/Employer Agent Wage and Benefit Ranges for Specific Participant Directed Services Effective July 1, 2017
This Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) communication is intended to issue the wage and benefit range tables for specific participant directed services (PDS) provided to participants utilizing the VF/EA FMS model, effective July 1, 2017.

6. ODP Communication 064-17 Reissue : Consolidated and P/FDS Agency With Choice Wage Ranges, Benefit Allowance and Corresponding Department established fees for Specific Participant Directed Services Effective July 1, 2017
This Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) communication is intended to provide the Department established fees and the corresponding wage range tables for specific participant directed services provided to participants utilizing the AWC FMS model effective July 1, 2017.
