Workplace CPR and FIRST AID

Combines CPR and First Aid training to teach participants to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants, children, and adults. Learn more about first aid for cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns, bleeding, sprains, and strains; treat sudden illness, including poisoning and heat and cold emergencies and take action: and understand the role of AEDs in the Cardiac Chain of Survival. The useful textbook will help students retain skills and serves as a reference tool in an emergency.

Please plan to bring your lunch!

Location: Metro Center

Ages: 12 +

Day: Wednesday, February 10

Time: 9:00 - 2:00 p.m.

CPR Only Training Session:

5:30 -8:00 p.m.

Fee: $70.00

*Bureau County Farm Bureau members are eligible to receive a discount by contacting the Farm Bureau office for a coupon. Discount is due to a grant offered through Illinois Farm Bureau and COUNTRY Financial.

District 1- Bureau, Fairfield, Gold, Greenville, Manlius and Walnut townships

District 2- Berlin, Dover, Clarion, LaMoille, Ohio and Westfield townships

District 4- Arispie-Leepertown, Hall, Princeton, Selby and Wheatland townships

At-Large- Any township in Bureau County

As representatives of the membership, board members are able to take an active role in directing the organization toward opportunities for service and the fulfillment of its obligations to all its members.
