 IEEHRC is currently assisting their maximum number of enrollees, 583 providers in the Inland Empire.- Over 211,500 eligible professionals (EPs), eligible hospitals, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) have registered for the Medicare and/or Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs since January 2011
- Over 62,000 EPs, eligible hospitals, and CAHs have been paid for successfully participating in the Medicare and/or Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs
- Over $3.8 billion has been paid in Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Program payments to EPs, eligible hospitals, and CAHs across the country
- Medi-Cal AIU payments to EPs are now scheduled to begin in mid May

April 17, 1877 - The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors decided to rent the first county hospital for one year to Dr. J.C. Peacock, the county doctor. He was given a salary of $800 a year in quarterly payments, plus two dollars daily for medicines, and three dollars per week for boarding patients.
