Sepherino is still adjusting to the idea that
he is able to engage in and enjoy leisure
activities, one of which is playing the guitar again. This talent, he is proud to say, is
one he developed just by watching his
grandfather play when he was a young boy. Sepherino is grateful to the kind 51homes
volunteer who generously donated this
brand new guitar.

When Katrina hit, Tom spent 5 days in the water
and had given up on life. Over the following 6
years, Tom had nearly given up on himself. When
he first started apartment hunting, he didn't
even feel like he had the right to live in northern
Tucson and had to be convinced to consider
the area.
Tom now takes full advantage of his north Tucson
apartment complex by using the gym and spa
daily. He also takes great pleasure in being part of
a safe, friendly community.
